For families desiring after school care, we extend a professional service that provides a one-of-a-kind experience at Montessori. To avail of our discounted pre-paid programs, kindly register by the first day of school. Alternatively, we kindly request families who require flexible scheduling to submit a scheduling form by Thursday of the prior week for care during the following week. Our goal is to provide a seamless learning experience and top-tier care for all of our students so that they can attain their highest potential.

To honor the safety and security of our Montessori students, we hold ourselves to a high professional standard. As such, we adhere strictly to our policies and procedures with respect to releasing students to individuals outside of their authorized pick-up list or deviating from their usual schedules. Unless we receive written notice or verbal confirmation from a parent or guardian, we will not release students to any unauthorized person nor alter any aspect of their regular routine. This ensures that our students remain protected and attended to with the utmost care and professionalism.

At Montessori, we take pride in providing excellent service to our valued families. In this regard, we urge you to arrive punctually before 6:00 p.m., as it allows our staff to conclude their caregiving duties in a timely manner and minimizes disruption to your child's schedule. Kindly note that we do not have any staff on duty after 6:00 p.m. For tardy arrivals, a fee of $10.00 per child will be assessed for every ten minutes after 6:00 p.m. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter, as we work together to maintain a safe and fulfilling experience for all our students.

As part of our commitment to fostering a culture of collaboration and community involvement, we are pleased to waive certain CVMS+ fees for our Montessori families. Parents who generously volunteer their time to substitute in the classroom for a teacher or an assistant during school hours will not be charged for CVMS+ during the duration of their commitment. This opportunity enables parents to contribute directly to their child's education and the wider Montessori community and is a testament to our values of partnership and inclusivity.
